Allie and Riley

They are playing so well these days. Riley will do just about anything to make Allie laugh. It's so cute! Here are some pictures of them together.

Allie's crawling

Allie's is now crawling around. As we are excited for her it's hard to keep an eye on her. No matter how often we vacuum she always seems to be putting something in her mouth. Oh also, her hair is out of control! She has way too much hair for a 9 month old. She also just cut her first two teeth on the bottom at the same time. She's a drool monster! I will have more pictures soon.

Riley's Pictures

Charlie has been giving Riley his cell phone because she likes to take pictures. She knows how to do it and once he turns it on she walks away. She is in the other room and we have no idea what she is doing. When she is finished she hands us the camera and we get to see what she wanted to take pictures of that day. She didn't really get the hang of it until this time. When she got back she had taken pictures of everything at her point of view. Once we started looking through them we were crying and rolling on the floor. We didn't tell her to take pictures of anything. This is what she brought to us.

  

Riley climbed up onto the window sill the other day and layed down. We asked what she was doing there, and she replied "look, I cat!". She obviously picked up on our two cats sitting in the same spot. How could I not post these?!?

Eat up!

We fed Allie cereal for the first time today. The first few spoonfuls were quickly rejected, but no bite was spared after that. These pictures were just too funny not to share.

Happy Birthday Riley!

Riley's 2nd birthday was on March 12th, and we threw a party for her on the 15th. Much fun was to be had at Bounce U, a warehouse full of inflatable bounce houses, obstacle courses, and slides. Riley earned her right to party; a right for which was easily fought, with little to no resistance. Many thanks to everyone who came.

She's getting so big!

I holdin

Riley has an obsession with holding Allie. She says, "I holdin" and she grabs for her. She constantly gives her kisses and tries to get her to smile (mile as Riley calls it). It's so cute!

She is 2 1/2 months old already, how time flies! She smiles now and is starting to coo. We just adore our little Allie Bear!

Christmas

We tried and tried and this is the best picture we got of the both of them. Most of the time it was Riley strangling Allie trying to hold her up. It was quite an experience!

Riley reall enjoyed all her gifts from Grandma and Grandpa! She had to wear her Apron all day!

Riley has been into watching basketball lately, she even cheers, GOOO KINGS! We thought she would like a basketball hoop and boy does she. Charlie just put it together and she went up for a dunk! I think Charlie plays with it more. He has set areas that he tries to shoot from. It's become quite a competition for the both of us.
